First-time registration guide

Step 1: Pre-Register Online

Visit cvr.inecnigeria.org and fill out the pre-registration form with your basic information.

Step 2: Biometric Capture

Visit the Ikenne INEC office (details below) to complete your biometric capture and receive your PVC.

Step 3: Collect Your PVC

Return to collect your Permanent Voter Card. You are now registered to vote in 2027!
